How does the 45-day FREE Trial work?
We think that 45 days is the right amount of time for you to get a feel for PaintBox. In this time you can import your Contacts, upload your Product database and start processing Orders. During the Trial you can turn modules on or off in order to test them; set-up an unlimited amount of Staff and Customer Users and run the system in parallel with your existing processes. At the end of the Trial, we will simply ask you if you want to carry on using PaintBox and, if you do, we will then take payment details from you.
How much does PaintBox cost?
Prices start at £15 per user per month. Once you have a PaintBox account, you can pick and choose from a variety of modules (see Overview Diagram) with most being charged at £5 per user per month.
As an Account Administrator, you can add or remove users and their requisite licenses within PaintBox. Users that are setup and then deleted within 48 hours (without logging in) are not charged for. Users that are deactivated are charged till the end of that month but will not be billed again.
There is no charge for Associate Users (eg. Customers) logging in to view information.
Who requires a PaintBox User License?
Anyone who wishes to use the integral features of PaintBox on a regular basis - this includes Contact Management, editing Websites, adding Products etc.
What if I start my account in the middle of a month?
We bill you monthly in arrears on the same day of the month that you signed up. We charge pro rata for any new Users added during a month, based on setup and login.
What if I end my account in the middle of a month?
If you cancel your account in the middle of a month we will charge you until the end of your billing cycle (the end of the month) but will not bill you again.
How do User Licenses work?
You can add as many Users to your PaintBox account as you need. Only Account Administrators can add Users, so don't worry about Users being added without your permission. Only Active Users can log in and only Active Users count towards your bill. You can Deactivate or Activate users at any time. So if you have staff that only work a few months of the year, you can deactivate them and then activate them again when they come back - to save you money in the meantime.
What is an Associate User?
Associate Users are those that need to log in to your PaintBox Intranet or Website to view reports or interact with your company (eg. Place Orders) but that do not need to edit or manage any business related data. Customers are usually set as Associate Users within PaintBox and every Contact within your Intranet can be made an Associate User if required.
We do not charge anything for Associate Users no matter how many you have registered.
What types of payment do you accept?
You can settle your bill using any major credit card, direct debit or standing order. For accounts of 5 User Licenses and above you can pay by cheque or BACS.
How do prepayments work?
You can prepay for 12 months and receive an 8% discount equivalent to one month free. If you subsequently add Users to your account they will be billed at the normal rate for month on month Users.
Are there any upfront or service contracts costs?
No – with PaintBox on Demand there are no upfront costs. There are no other costs associated with PaintBox other than the User Licenses and any consumables you may decide to purchase.
All support is covered within your User License fees.
