The Happy Customer Cycle
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a combination of policies, processes, and strategies implemented by an organisation to unify its customer interactions and provide a means to track customer information. It involves the use of technology in attracting new and profitable customers, while forming tighter bonds with existing ones. Operational CRM provides support to "front end" business processes. The contact history provides staff members with immediate access to important information on the customer, eliminating the need to individually obtain this information directly from the customer and therefore supporting back end processes.
Software as a Service
Software as a Service (SaaS) refers to the fact that we host and manage the Paintbox platform on our own servers. We are responsible for data backup and access to the system, which means we can be very sure of all security and stability issues. Users of the system do not need to worry about hardware failure, software versioning or application hosting, but can instead concentrate on running their businesses. All business information is securely and economically delivered to anyone with appropriate login credentials and a web browser - regardless of location, platform or technical expertise.
Take Control of your Users
Administrators and superusers have full control over the access and editing privileges of all other users - including staff, customers and suppliers - ensuring that people get to the right information, without compromising security or inadvertently sharing too much. All user processes are recorded in an Activity Stream so that historical records of endeavour can be developed and maintained.
Centralising Information
Paintbox contains advanced data tools for importing, cleaning and deduplicating of information from varying sources. Paintbox allows an organisation to bring all of its existing data sources - Personal Information Managers (PIM), Business Contact Managers (Outlook), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Word, SQL database management systems, Sage Accounting or other contact management software - together within one centralised database. This action alone allows companies to perform an “information stock take” and to discover the latent information already contained within the organisation.
Managing Lists
Within Paintbox, Lists can be created for almost any reason - a selection of Contacts to send a notification to, a product list for a specific promotion or Companies you want to research. Lists can be added to and edited, shared with other users or converted into Mailing Lists.

We have designed Paintbox to manage all aspects of your business, and we are currently developing, testing and deploying new functionality as customers request it. If you have a specific requirement, our experienced in-house developers can build bespoke systems that integrate fully with the rest of your Intranet. We'll even split the cost of development with you if we feel the functionality will be useful to other users.
